Abstract
Hypoglycaemia occurred in two patients treated with perhexiline maleate. The responsibility of the medication is discussed in each case. Blood insulin levels were increased. Blood perhexiline levels decreased very rapidly in the first patient, though much more slowly in the second.Entities:
