Abstract
A unique case of truncus arteriosus communis associated with mitral valve and left ventricular hypoplasia, but without ventricular septal defect (VSD), is described. The embryology of this anatomy is considered. The neonatal hemodynamics and the clinical implications of this rare combination of defects are discussed.Entities:
