Abstract
Current guidelines for evaluation and management of urinary incontinence in older patients advise thorough history taking, physical examination, and limited laboratory workup. Most patients with urinary incontinence can be treated successfully with behavior modification, muscle exercises, and medications. Surgery should be reserved for patients who are not relieved by conservative therapy or who have obvious anatomical abnormalities amenable to repair.Entities:
