Abstract
Benign bone-forming tumors are common in children. Careful radiographic imaging is necessary to plan surgical treatment. Careful histologic study is necessary to distinguish osteoblastoma from more aggressive tumors. Osteoid osteoma should be considered when the child or adolescent presents with pain in an extremity or along the spine.Entities:
