Abstract
Amniotic fluid magnesium concentration in normal and diabetic pregnancy was analyzed. The mean amniotic fluid concentration of this metal was 0.28 +/- 0,03 mmol/l in diabetic group and 0,43 +/- 0,09 mmol/l in control group (p < 0,0001). The role of hypomagnesemia in the course of diabetic pregnancy was discussed.Entities:
