Abstract
We report a patient with ureteropelvic junction obstruction in a horseshoe kidney who was successfully managed with an antegrade endopyelotomy. Follow-up at 1 year confirmed a good result. Special considerations are necessary for the successful performance of an endopyelotomy in a horseshoe kidney. Recommendations will be made regarding percutaneous access and orientation of the incision as well as a review of the literature.Entities:
