Abstract
Recurvatum deformity secondary to poliomyelitis was corrected during total knee arthroplasty. Modular distal augmentation of the femoral component was successful in achieving and maintaining correction. This case also shows the potential functional disadvantages of correcting recurvatum in patients with quadriceps weakness.Entities:
