Abstract
Intracoronary acetylcholine prolonged the QT interval in 5 patients with congenital long QT syndrome but not in subjects with normal QT intervals. Prolongation was not due to bradycardia or adrenergic drive, and atropine was suggested to attenuate the response.Entities:
