Abstract
Surgical atrial septostomy using a special atriotomy knife without cardiopulmonary bypass in patients with obstruction of the left-sided atrioventricular valve and complex cardiac anomalies is described. This procedure is effective, safe, and economical for patients in the acute stage after intracardiac repair, and available for patients with a closed fossa ovalis.Entities:
