Abstract
An increasing understanding of the immunopathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and advances in biotechnology have lead to the therapeutic application of immune-specific interventions. The complexity of this disorder has generated numerous investigations using a wide range of biologic interventions. This article presents the current and potential targets for such biopharmaceutical agents and discusses their utility in rheumatoid arthritis.Entities:
