Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum is a dermatological disease of unknown origin. We report the case of a 47-year-old woman with cutaneous lesions of pyoderma gangrenosum associated with hepaticopancreatic involvement. We found no other similar cases in the literature. The outcome was favorable with steroid therapy. She was free of symptoms after one year.Entities:
