Abstract
We report the case of a young male assaulted with a screwdriver, which was embedded in the posterior fossa, causing Vernet's syndrome and internuclear ophthalmoplegia. His hospital course and the cranial nerve deficits sustained as a result of the injury with the relevant neuroanatomy are discussed.Entities:
