Abstract
High-resolution, real-time sonography is commonly used for the evaluation of acute scrotal pathology. Pulsed and color Doppler techniques enhance diagnostic accuracy [1, 2]. However, extensive distortion of intrascrotal anatomy can occur with advanced inflammation, infarction, or trauma, leading to decreased specificity of the sonographic examination.Entities:
