Abstract
We present a long-term survivor with isolated recurrent tumor in the incisional scar that developed 9 months after a curative resection for primary lung adenocarcinoma. She underwent an excision of the tumor followed by systemic chemotherapy, and is currently alive with no evidence of disease 69 months after the recurrence. Isolated incisional recurrence after complete resection of lung cancer is a rare phenomenon and may be curable using multimodal treatment.Entities:
