Abstract
We report a case of a 6-year-old girl who presented with an arrow lodged in the temporal lobe and carotid sinus. Her postoperative recovery was complicated by a rare penicillin-resistant clostridial meningitis. A review of the literature reveals no other cases of this nature in the pediatric population.Entities:
