Abstract
Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma rarely involves the oral cavity. We describe the histological and immunological findings of a rapidly progressive CD8+ cutaneous T-cell lymphoma involving the tongue. Involvement of the oral cavity usually indicates a poor prognosis. Cases of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with oral involvement as reported in the English-language literature are reviewed and discussed.Entities:
