Abstract
We report a case of Rocky Mountain "spotless" fever with a localized rash at the site of the tick bite that resembled the erythema migrans rash of Lyme borreliosis. Physicians who practice in geographic areas where Rocky Mountain spotted fever occurs should be aware of this unusual presentation.Entities:
