Abstract
Pruritic dermatitis in 4 dogs was not responsive to treatment with corticosteroids and antibiotics. Histologic findings in 3 cases were suggestive of subcorneal pustular dermatosis, and those in the 4th case were compatible with dermatitis herpetiformis. All 4 dogs responded rapidly and completely to treatment with dapsone.Entities:
