Abstract
Patients with aortic valvular regurgitation due to non-infectious aortitis are at high risk of valve detachment. In this report, a patient with giant cell aortitis is described, who underwent successful aortic root replacement with a cryopreserved aortic homograft, following two Bentall's type operations that resulted in graft detachment.Entities:
