Abstract
We report a case of drug-related segmental colitis in a 70-year-old woman with no thromboembolic risk factor. Mesenteric angiography showed multiple stenoses and occlusions of the distal arterial circulation in the sigmoid and descending colon. These observations support the hypothesis of an ischemic origin for this type of colitis.Entities:
