Abstract
Cytokines are well known as mediators of inflammation, and recent work has highlighted the role of these agents and inflammatory events in Alzheimer's disease and multiple sclerosis. The discovery of subclasses of T-helper cells has provided a critical framework to aid in understanding how the cytokine network regulates these diseases.Entities:
