[Determination of puerarin in radix Puerariae and yufengningxin tablets by HPLC].

Abstract

The contents of puerarin in Radix Puerariae and Yufengningxin Tablets were determined by HPLC. The average rates of recovery were 97.19% and 100.68% respectively, and RSD 1.05% and 1.31% respectively.
