Abstract
In this report, a case of colonic perforation caused by Taenia saginata is presented. Preoperative ultrasonographic examination showed a 'pseudokidney sign' suggestive of colonic carcinoma. Clinical and ultrasonographic appearance of this rare case and the possible perforation mechanism are discussed.Entities:
