Abstract
Herein we present a case report of a 2-year-old male child who suffered an ileocecal intussusception not reduced by pneumoenema. At the apex of the intussusception there was a 2 cm tumor. The pathologic diagnosis was myoepithelial hamartoma. In a review of the literature we could find no previous reference to myoepithelial hamartomas located in distal ileum causing intussusception in children.Entities:
