Abstract
I report familial lichen nitidus in a 33-year-old father and his 3-year-old daughter. Histopathology of small papules in both cases revealed typical features of lichen nitidus. Immunohistochemical examination showed UCHL1-positive, L-26-negative lymphocytes and HAM56-positive histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells in the dermal infiltrate in both cases.Entities:
