Abstract
A fragment of fractured retention wire of an atrial J lead (Accufix) was found in the pulmonary artery in an asymptomatic patient by routine chest X ray, fluoroscopy, and pulmonary angiography. The lead itself looked normal in these imaging studies. Results after successful surgical removal was reported.Entities:
