Abstract
A case of osteogenesis imperfecta complicated with acute type A aortic dissection is presented. Emergency graft replacement of the ascending aorta was performed successfully despite the anticipated difficulties with tissue friability. Therefore, such an operation is suggested to be worthy of consideration and feasible in patients with osteogenesis imperfecta.Entities:
