Abstract
In a 40-year-old male patient with symptomatic cholecystolithiasis, ultrasound examination disclosed a large cystic mass on the dome of the bladder. Laparoscopic resection of this mass was carried out in combination with a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Histology disclosed an urachal adenoma. Postoperative recovery was uneventful. We conclude that urachal adenomas can be managed safely by laparoscopic means.Entities:
