Abstract
A 66-year-old white woman had a paraffin plombage performed in 1940 for tuberculosis. In 1975, she had decortication for terminal respiratory insufficiency, with return to an active life. Thirty-five years of pulmonary compression does not produce irreversible changes in the pulmonary parenchyma.Entities:
