Abstract
We examined 60 children 8.9 years (+/- 2.6 years) after surgical treatment of Hirschsprung disease to determine the extent of fecal incontinence. Thirty-two children (53%) had significant fecal soiling and 16 (27%) less severe soiling. The prevalence of incontinence did not diminish with increasing age.Entities:
