Distal hypospadias repair with preputial reconstruction.

Abstract

This study reports the results for 27 boys who had their foreskin reconstructed at the time of a distal hypospadias repair. Preservation of the foreskin provides a useful cosmetic alternative for distal hypospadias surgery.
