Abstract
A case of congenital bronchoesophageal fistula in a 9-month-old infant is presented. He had had repeated pulmonary infections since he was 2 months old. A barium swallow examination showed a communicating fistula between the mid-esophagus and the posterior segmental bronchus of the right upper lobe. MRI clearly demonstrated the course of the fistula.Entities:
