Pulmonary artery sling and hypoplastic right lung: diagnostic appearances using MRI.

Abstract

We present a patient with pulmonary artery sling in association with hypoplasia of the right lung and stenosis of the right pulmonary artery, in whom the diagnosis was confirmed by MRI.
