Abstract
Infection of Spodoptera frugiperda insect cells with a recombinant baculovirus expressing human cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2) resulted in the production of biologically active protein. The level of recombinant human cPLA2 production in infected insect cells was at least 50-fold higher than that observed in human monoblast U937 cells.Entities:
