Abstract
A case of Frey's syndrome of the external auditory canal is reported. The patient presented with unilateral gustatory otorrhea and thickened external auditory canal skin. Histopathologic examination of the canal skin showed sudomotor gland hyperplasia. Symptoms were relieved with canal skin excision and skin graft.Entities:
