Abstract
Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans of the vulva is an extremely rare low grade sarcoma of the dermis. Wide local excision is the recommended treatment while a more radical surgery may be needed in cases of recurrences. Follow up must be prolonged for a long time since tumors may recur even after considerable period.Entities:
