Abstract
Ifosfamide is a derivative of cyclophosphamide and is used to treat malignant tumours. One of its side effects is nephrotoxicity. Three children with previously normal renal function, who received ifosfamide for the treatment of Ewing's Sarcoma and subsequently developed hypophosphataemic rickets, are described.Entities:
