Abstract
Homophilic interactions of E-cadherin serve the organization of embryonic and adult epithelia and counteract cancer invasion. The role of E-cadherin as an invasion-suppressor molecule has been demonstrated cancer. Regulation of embryonic ingression and cancer invasion via E-cadherin occurs at transcriptional, translational and post-translation levels.Entities:
