Abstract
Bilateral submaxillary gland excision and posterior transplantation of the elongated parotid ducts (as advocated by Wilkie) has proved to be an excellent procedure in the surgical treatment of drooling. I report a series of 20 patients who had excellent results from this, with amelioration of the drooling and minimal postoperative complications.Entities:
