Abstract
The purpose of the experiments was to evaluate electrostimulation and physical exercises as countermeasures against the adverse effects of diminished motor activity of man in space flight. Electrostimulation of muscles increased their strength and tolerance to static loads, prevented their atrophy; it did not, however, prevent the cardiovascular system deconditioning. Physical exercises used in combination with muscle electrostimulation maintained the cardiovascular system conditioning.Entities:
