Abstract
A case of renal cell carcinoma extending into the left side of a double inferior vena cava is presented. En bloc excision of the left inferior vena cava and left kidney was performed without complications. Recognition of various venous anomalies, including double inferior vena cava, is important in the evaluation and surgical treatment of retroperitoneal disease.Entities:
