Abstract
Four cases of perianal group A streptococcal infection presented with typical features of this condition; but because of lack of recognition appropriate therapy was delayed. Once group A streptococcal infection was diagnosed there was a high frequency of relapses. The need for prolonged treatment is illustrated.Entities:
