Abstract
Scores of 30 police officers on the Occupational Stress Indicator differed from British norms on organisational structure and climate, home and work interface, and relations with others. Officers showed internal control and individual influence. Through managed time and home support, officers coped with stress. Scale scores were intercorrelated.Entities:
