Abstract
The orofacial manifestations of 39 patients with primary IgA deficiency are reported. Aphthous-like oral ulceration was observed in 61% while candidosis and recurrent herpes labialis were each present in 25%. Only 4 (9%) patients had no orofacial lesions.Entities:
