Abstract
The most common complication of blepharoplasty is an unnatural distortion of the lower eyelid. Identification of the underlying anatomic deformities dictates the reconstructive procedures. Emphasis is placed on utilization of the dermal-orbicular pennant lateral canthoplasty.Entities:
