Abstract

Blepharoplasty is the most commonly performed operation to enhance facial appearance. Controversy arises over the need for tissue invagination as opposed to simple tissue excision. This article focuses on advanced invagination-type blepharoplasty, discussing who, what, where, when, why, and how.
