Abstract
Isolated dorsal dislocation and rotatory dislocation of the second carpometacarpal joint is rare. A case of rotatory dislocation of this joint is presented, where reduction was blocked by entrapment of the extensor carpi radialis longus tendon in the joint. A roentgenographic technique for evaluating dislocation of carpometacarpal joints is also described.Mesh：
