Abstract
An otherwise healthy 12-year-old girl presented with radiolucent gallstones and colicky pain. After extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and oral bile acid treatment she is free of stones and biliary symptoms since 18 months. The treatment options for gallstone disease in this age group are discussed.Entities:
