Abstract
A 65-year-old woman with ocular myasthenia gravis (MG) and thymic tumor underwent expanded thymectomy. Histologically the tumor was thymic cyst and thymolipoma. To our knowledge, there has been no case reported in medical literatures, which is thymic cyst & thymolipoma with ocular MG. This case suggests some effect of steroid therapy.Entities:
