Axoplasmic transport in regenerating limbs of Ambystoma maculatum larvae.

S R Scadding, R A Liversage.

Abstract

Axoplasmic transport of 3H-leucine labelled molecules from spinal cord segments into regenerating larval salamander limbs was observed. However, labelled molecules were not observed in cells of the regeneration blastema.
